From enquiry to guards on the ground
Every engagement runs the same disciplined way — survey first, a written quotation second, and trained, supervised guards on site third. Here is exactly what to expect at each step.
-
1
Enquiry
You tell us about the site
Send your requirements through the quotation form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We capture the site, the sector and the cover you think you need — day, night or both.
-
2
Site survey
We assess the risk on the ground
Before quoting, we survey the site. Guard numbers are always confirmed after this visit — the request form itself notes we may recommend a change once we have seen the location.
-
3
Risk assessment
We match the threat to a plan
We identify and analyse the threats to your site, then design the deployment, patrol pattern and any electronics or armed supervision the risk calls for.
-
4
Written quotation
Transparent, itemised pricing
You receive a written, GRA-compliant quotation with a clear cost breakdown. Our pricing prioritises well-paid, capable guards on a fair, competitive rate.
-
5
Agreement & mobilisation
We put the contract in place
On acceptance we formalise the service agreement, agree the start date, and begin mobilising the team and equipment for your site.
-
6
Recruitment, screening & training
The right people, properly vetted
Guards are carefully recruited, screened to Government of Ghana security standards, and trained for your sector — including jungle security for mining and forest sites.
-
7
Deployment
Guards on the ground
Personnel are deployed in approved uniform with the equipment the site needs — metal detectors, body cameras, radios, body armour — supervised by experienced retired military officers.
-
8
Supervision & reporting
Consistency that keeps a site secure
Guards patrol on fifteen-minute recorded rounds under constant radio contact. Supervisors run random visits, a rotation policy prevents over-familiarisation, and management engages you regularly to address any concern.
